Airport District (APTDIST) was honoured with awards at the 2018 Customer Service Excellence Programme Award Presentation Ceremony held by the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) on July 18.

This year, the Airport Security Unit, the Operations Wing, the Administration and Support Sub-Unit, the District Intelligence and Support Section and District Investigation Teams of APTDIST were presented with 68 certificates of appreciation in the category of the Corporate Excellence Award and four certificates of appreciation in the category of the Individual Excellence Award. The awards recognised their quality services provided to the public, passengers and the airport community.

In addition, APTDIST was presented with the "HKIA 20th Anniversary Special Award - Best Frontline Service Award" for its remarkable efforts to render dedicated services to passengers over the past two decades with AA and the airport community.
