The first species of glowing frog was discovered by scientists in the Amazon Basin. Under normal circumstances, its skin is brownish green with some red dots. But it turns fluorescent green after being exposed to ultraviolet light. Such fluorescence brightness was found by scientists that it was controllable by the glandular integumentaria and the ingredients of the biological fluorescence at the part of lymph. Scientists experimented these pigments of the tree frogs with ultraviolet radiators and they found the whole frog body gave out green fluorescence.
Just like the time of full moon and crescent moon, the frog's skin brightness will increase by varying degrees. Existence of other species of glowing frogs is possible in our world.
