Have you ever imagined meeting your idol? If yes, you must be very excited. While the fact is, it is not only being excited, but also fascinated.

On September23, three other Central JPC members and I went to the Diving Charity Show organised by Yan Chai Hospital and performed by Chinese diving team. I still remembered how joyful we were before the start of the show that we looked forward to it and couldn't wait to enjoy the performance. During the performance, we watched different types of diving demonstration, like one metre and three metre springboard diving, platform diving as well as synchronieed diving with a variety of compulsory dive and optional dive. No matter how difficult the dive was, they all got a satisfactory jump and all audience cheered for them happily and loudly. And here came the most fantastic moment that I saw the diving of my idol - Chen Aisen, who won the double gold medal in men's synchronised 10 metre platform competition with his diving partner Lin Yue and men's individual 10 metre platform at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He is really an impeccable diver and got completely perfect dive at all. I was extremely pleased when it was his performance time. I thought he should have more demonstration, that's a pity that the charity show just last for an hour, it was not enough.

What's more, there were beautiful synchronised swimming from our local teams. Most of the performers are just little kids that I admired them a lot as they practiced hard for their favorite sports which they needed to sacrifice their time to play.

To sum up, there's an old saying "Rome was not built in a day!" So as the industrious divers, it takes years of strenuous efforts and practice to put on a bravura performance! Chinese diving team, we're proud of you and thank you bringing a wonderful, memorable and unforgettable day to us. Keep it up! We will always support you!
