When we need to work or do something in a team, teamwork is always the most important thing you need.
Why is teamwork always so vital when we are working with others? This is because when we work in teams, different teammates have different abilities. So when we are dividing the work, we should consider what our teammates are good at. When different teammates work hard for their parts and help each other to complete a task together, we call it as "teamwork".
Last month, my teacher gave us a project to be finished in a team. Everyone was shocked at first. When I worked with my teammates, we always worked very hard together and help each other. Although the group work was not easy, we still finished the work one by one with our team members. At last, we finished the project so that we finally figured out why teamwork is so important.
