Sharon: Hugo, do you know what's wrong with Jackson?
Hugo: Pardon?
Sharon: Yesterday, Jackson was meant to drive me downtown and Jimmy was supposedto meet me. So, I asked Jackson if he could drive us together.
Hugo: But Jackson refused to do so.
Sharon: Exactly, Jackson is an easy-going person. He seldom rejects giving a ride with no reason.
Hugo: Yes, sure. Jackson likes helping people. It's related to Jimmy.
Sharon: Jimmy? What's wrong with them?
Hugo: They used to be friends, but later they have dated the same girl. Since then, there has been bad blood between them.
Sharon: Can you please use the vocabulary which I know?
Hugo: Sorry, Sharon. "Bad blood" is a feeling of hate between people because of arguments in the past.
Sharon: Oh, what a pity! It's not worth breaking up the friendship because of a girl.
Hugo: Yes, it is. I tried to be a mediator but it didn't help. They must solve it by themselves.
