JPC member of Yuen Long DistrictSO Yan-ching
“Left, Left, Left, Right, Left…” Listening to all these commands, it probably reminds you of the imagery of rows of smart-looking people marching in uniform. This year, I was grateful to have the invaluable opportunity of being one of them and took part in the JPC Leader Corps Annual Parade.
Among all the things that I have learned, from foot drills, self-discipline to first-aid, I enjoy learning how to become a commander most. It is hard but it is the feeling that I am better than what I think I am and keeps me going. The best thing that I have ever learned during my time in the Leader Corps is how I could become more confident in myself and to experience something which the others cannot easily experience.
