I joined a Leadership Training Workshop in Tsim Sha Tsui Police Station last month. Firstly, instructors gave us a lecture on the theory of being a leader. Then, we played an ice-breaking game with the other participants, which made us more familiar with each other.
One of the games required us to flip the pokers from A to K in sequence, with each time one of us in the group went out to flip the card. During the game, we could only use our body language to communicate with our group mates, and no talking was allowed. It was a great challenge to us and we could only succeed after trying for two times. Through the game, we realised the importance of effective communication and teamwork.
It was really a precious opportunity for me to learn how to be a good leader. I hope that there will be more chances for me to develop my leadership.
