Have you ever hold a conference before? Serving as the Chairperson of JPC in school, I have hold a lot of conferences with my committee members before! Do you know there are constraints on holding a conferences? Have you ever wondered what we talk during conferences?

Let’s talk about difficulties of holding a conference first. Time limitation is the biggest problem! Different committee members have different activities during lunch time, and the teacher in charge is also busy. So it is hard to compromise the meeting schedule. The best solution is to provide a few dates for members to choose from to ensure everyone can attend the conferences. My suggestion would be giving at least four to five dates for voting. Otherwise, you cannot make sure all the committee members and the teacher in charge are free to join the conferences!

On top of that, we have things to confer during conferences! We usually plan some activities such as visiting in future. Therefore, we have to decide the time and date. In addition, we have to arrange members to volunteer in some JPC booths and events.

Now, you should know what to do during conferences. Are you willing to hold a conference with others?
