After participating in this activity, I had a particular experience on it. I learnt marching, doing H.I.I.T, playing adventure challenges and attended the workshop about fingerprints and drugs.

From the marching part(sports), I found that discipline and patience were important, and it could train my instant reaction, also I learnt there were different types of marching. It is useful in daily life. Besides, doing H.I.I.T can train my coordination of my body.

In addition, playing adventure challenges was fun and exciting. Although I was afraid of it at first, I had more courage to face all the 'difficulties' when playing it. For the workshop of fingerprints and drugs, I learnt that there were 3 types of fingerprints and I tried to sort out my fingerprint with magnetic powder after I pasted my fingerprint on a piece of paper. I also learnt that a few types of drugs and their harmful materials could affect our health and determination. The most important was that it would affect our future. This made me be more aware of drugs.

In conclusion, this day camp is unforgettable, it has broadened my horizon from the workshop, trying new things, and I met new friends from this camp too.
