It is my first time I have held a war game. I am grateful to JPC for giving me a chance. I want to share my experience with everyone. The war game activity was held on 10th October 2021. Before starting the activity, I was in charge of the preparation.

First, I had a meeting with the JPC staff to discuss the details of the activity such as the date, time, and place. As war game activities need special props or venues, we need to make an appointment, so I contacted several war game venues for quotations.

Then I chose the most suitable place for holding the war game. Price and maximum people were my considerations. After that, I booked the venue and props. On the other hand, I decided on assisting people and specific gameplay content for a more interesting war game experience. Finally, I summarized the feelings with the participants after the event.

Throughout the activity, I am grateful to JPC for giving us different kinds of activities and experiences for a long time. In this experience, I learned how to organize and host an activity. It strengthens my problem-solving skills and communication skills.
