Chinese New Year is a very popular festival in Asia, known as the Spring Festival. People will have many activities to celebrate the Spring Festival, for example, having a reunion dinner, preparing the red packet, and visiting the New Year Fair. It means to have a new start to a new year.

This year, because of the COVID-19, we could not celebrate the festival with friends and relatives. The New Year Fair was cancelled. I was really sorry. In the first week of my holiday, my sister and I played all the card games that we had. It was boring to stay at home, so my sister suggested watching a movie together. The movie that we watched was called ‘Johnny English’. It was a spy comedy movie. In the movie, Mr. Beans did his best to save the world, although there were many unexpected incidents. He didn't give up, and at the end he did it! The film was very funny and meaningful.

When the film was finished, I thought about the police and doctors in Hong Kong. They are the same as Mr. Beans , they work very hard to serve us. People stay at home and celebrate the festival. In contrast, the police and the doctors still need to work hard to protect the law and help the patients who are in need. They are very awesome and great.
