KE Regional Anti-Corruption hoopla

SUPERCIRCUIT TRAINING
Feeling a bit tired and low on energy? Then revitalise your life by joining supercircuit training. People at all stages of fitness are welcome and are encouraged to workout at a level they can handle. Be at the POC rooftop tennis court at 12:45pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. [ Free T-shirt for those who have attended five consecutive sessions ].

NTN aerobics

And a-one, a-two, a-three, a-four......

TO introduce activities conducive to a healthy lifestyle and promote physical fitness, NTN Region has organised aerobic lessons for officers attached to NTN HQS and Tai Po Police Station.

The lessons are conducted by a professional instructor at lunch time on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the first-floor multi-purpose hall at NTN Regional HQS.

The response has been most encouraging with over 30 women officers of all ranks joining in. Although, so far no male officers have participated. Maybe they're too shy to be seen in aerobics dancing tights.

At any rate, a nominal fee of $20 is charged for each session which covers 10 aerobics lessons ($200).

Interested officers can phone SP A NTN on 2666-4207; or, SRO NTN on 2666-4626 for further details of the course.
