HKP Traffic officer demonstrates anti-speeding radar equipment for visiting Beijing PSB officers

DIRECTOR of Beijing Public Security and Traffic Control Bureau Ma Zhen-chuan led a delegation of four mainland officers on a visit to the Hong Kong Police Force on March 22. While here they toured Police Traffic Headquarters, Police Headquarters and the Hong Kong Island Command and Control Centre. Also arranged for the officers was a demonstration of anti-speeding equipment.

Police Magazine awarded

POLICE Magazine, jointly produced by the Police Public Relations Branch and Radio Television Hong Kong, was among the 20 best TV programmes selected to the 1998 Appreciation Index Survey Best Television Programmes Awards. The presentation ceremony was held on March 11.

Macau Police Visit

Macau police hierarchy with DCP MAN Tsang and Senior Directorate members A DELEGATION of Macau Police including their Commissioner Jose Proenca Branco, Deputy Commissioner Lei Siu-peng and their former Commissioner Manuel Antonio, paid a visit to their Hong Kong Police counterparts on March 24. They toured the Hong Kong Island Command and Control Centre before being greeted by Acting CP Tsang Yam-pui and other Senior Directorate officers at Caine House.
