To mark its 30th Anniversary, the Psychological Services Group (PSG) has held four Mindful Yoga workshops in Police Sports and Recreation Club to promote relaxation and psychological wellbeing.
 
Mindfulness, according to a yoga master, Mr Ken Wong, is paying attention in a particular way. In Mindful Yoga, the focus is not on achieving some difficult  postures, but on moving mindfully, with awareness of every movement and body sensation. Over 60 Force members benefit from the professional and lively guidance of Ken. Among the 60 participants, 28 successfully completed the four sessions and were awarded a certificate and a CD.
