Teamwork plays an important part in achieving success. Everyone has different ideas and value orientation. Through better communication, people can work together to achieve bigger success.
We should consider not only our own feelings or personal factors, but also public interests when making decisions. Therefore, every private organisation or even the government needs to have well-coodinated inter-departmental co-operation.
