Last Friday, I joined a dessert class to make some delicious egg tarts with my friends. At first, I was worried because this was my first time trying to make egg tart. Luckily, the teacher was very enthusiastic and kind. She illustrated every step patiently. For instance, she taught us how to measure the ingredients accurately and mix them fast and evenly to form a pastry dough. I fell behind because I wanted to make a perfect egg tart, luckily the teacher waited and helped me to keep up with progress.
I was satisfied with my wonderful egg tarts. The teacher commended me for my hard work in the lesson. In the end, we ate the egg tarts together. The egg tarts were very yummy that I loved the taste very much. I am very delighted and appreciate JPC to give me a chance to join this class.
