Joining the yoga class of Project HIMALAYA organised by Yuen Long Junior Police Call was great. As a slow starter, I performed badly in the beginning. Luckily, with the company from my best friends, Syaron and Pranik, I enjoyed the mindfulness that yoga brought. We well undertook COVID-19 precautionary measures by washing hands and wearing face masks during the whole class.
I have also participated in the swimming class of Project HIMALAYA and was selected as a representative for the district competition as well. However, all training was suspended because of the virus outbreak. I could only stay at home for online classes, therefore, we must fight the pandemic together and I look forward to meeting my classmates and friends very soon.
