The Tactical Training Complex (TTC) officially opened in November 2001. It is a two-storey building with a total floor area of 6,655 square metres, being the world’s first indoor facility designated for police tactical training. TTC consists of five major training zones, including commercial area, residential area, MTR station, urban park area and staircases that simulate various typical environments in Hong Kong.

TTC creates a realistic environment to provide diversified training, including the use of force, firearms and various kinds of tactical training, which are conducive to enhancing officers’ ability to handle different scenarios. On average, the College provides at least 50,000 hours of tactical training each year for all new recruits and attendees of continuation and promotion courses.
