The Junior Police Call (JPC) Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2015 cum Luncheon was held at Police Headquarters on March 5, with over 300 senior police officers, JPC Central Advisory Board (CAB) members, JPC Honorary Presidents, Police Community Relations Office staff and JPC members in attendance.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the JPC CAB, Hong Kong Island Regional Commander Kwok Yam-shu, highlighted JPC's mid-term and long-term strategies in the coming years, while Police Public Relations Branch Chief Superintendent (CSP) Au Chin-chau outlined JPC's development plans for 2016.

The luncheon following the AGM was graced by the presence of the Secretary for Security, Mr Lai Tung-kwok, who is the JPC Honorary Chief President, and Commissioner Lo Wai-chung, who is the JPC Honorary Deputy Chief President. Both Mr Lai and Mr Lo presented certificates of appreciation to JPC Honorary Presidents and JPC volunteers for their contributions to the JPC Scheme, as well as appointment letters to members of the new term of the JPC CAB.

The pop group "Bird of Paradise", which has been appointed Fight Crime Ambassador, performed a brand new song for JPC, livening up the luncheon. The group also encouraged JPC members to pursue righteousness by sharing their experience. Non-ethnic Chinese JPC members also performed folk dances and greeted the guests in their own languages, while a JPC band, "Young Timbre", from Yau Tsim District performed to loud applause.
